The Uchiha Clan. One of the oldest and noblest clans of Konoha. Known for its bloodline limit, the Sharingan, and also known for founding Konoha's Military Police Force, they specialize in fire techniques such as Katon: Gokakyu no Jutsu (Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique) and Katon: Hosenka no Jutsu (Fire Style - Art of the Phoenix Flower, the Touch-me-not).
The Uchiha brothers, Sasuke and Itachi Uchiha are the lone survivors of the oh so noble clan. Sasuke Uchiha currently stands as a missing Konoha ninja. Affiliated to Orochimaru, due to his curse mark that was given to him, Sasuke seeks him to gain power. In his early childhood he is somewhat neglected by his father, Fugaku Uchiha, due to his sudden interest in Itachi's job as an ANBU captain. Even though Sasuke looked up to his brother, they seemed friendly yet distant. After a certain incident involving another clan member and Itachi, the sudden interest that Fugaku had in Itachi was lost. In the academy, he studies hard to impress his father waiting for him to say those words he would used to say to Itachi, “As expected from a child of mine”. This caused more quality time for Sasuke and his father leading Sasuke to learning the Uchiha techniques.
After mastering Katon: Gokakyu no Jutsu (Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique) Fugaku allows Sasuke to wear the clan emblem proudly. With this sign of adulthood he now holds, he is also told a warning not to follow in his brother's footsteps. One day, coming home from academy, Sasuke stumbles upon his clan with kunais and shurikens pierced and stuck on their bodies. When he heads to his house, he forces himself to look for his parents. In their room, he finds his mother and father murdered. Confronting Itachi in their parents’ room out of the darkness, Sasuke sheepishly ask him who would kill their clan. Itachi shows him the truth with the Mangekyō Sharingan. After witnessing what has happened Sasuke screams out of the house and pleads his older brother not to kill him. The brother tells him these haunting words, "If you wish to kill me, hate me, detest me, and survive in an unsightly way. Run, run and cling to life. And one day, when you have the same eyes as me, come before me." Five years after the Uchiha massacre, Sasuke remains as an only survivor of the clan. He remains as cold as ever to his fangirls and classmates. He is the #1 rookie Genin of his year. His Genin team consists of Naruto Uzumaki and Sakura Haruno.
Itachi Uchiha is the famed prodigy of the Uchiha clan. After graduating from the top of the Ninja Academy at 7, unleashing his Sharingan at 8, ranking as a Chuunin at 10, and becoming an ANBU captain at 13 he is what ties the Uchiha clan with the rest of Konoha. Now at the age of 18, he is even feared by Orochimaru which shows why he chose to use Sasuke instead as his next “container”. But there is one puzzling part of Itachi that so far still remains a mystery. Why would it be that with his great power, he would spare the lives of the many people who came to challenge him; Naruto, Jiraiya, Kakashi-sensei, Kurenai-sensei, Gai-sensei, and Asuma-sensei. He is part of a missing-ninja group known has Akatsuki. Akatsuki are ninja of great power that have a slashed mark across there forehead protector. He is an S-classed ninja in the criminal bingo book and was last seen in Konoha fighting four Jounins.
Obito Uchiha was in the same Genin and Chuunin squad as Hatake Kakashi. Both of them were the greatest rivals under the supervision of the 4th Hokage. Rin, the third teammate of the 4th Hokage’s squad, specialized in medical justsu. Rin was kidnapped by a rock ninja on the mission to rescue her, the rock ninja, Kakashi, and Obito had battled for Rin’s safety. During the battle, Obito’s right side of his body was completely smashed. Obito had given up his left eye Sharingan to Kakashi with the help of Rin’s medical justus. Obito Uchiha’s name is inscribed in the Rock of Fallen Ninjas, therefore Kakashi visiting it every morning.
Shisui Uchiha was the best friend of Itachi Uchiha. Itach had looked up to Shusui as an older brother. Also another talented person among the clan, he is known as “Shisui no Shusui” or Shisui the Body Flicker. The tormenting move that Itachi uses, Mangekyo Sharingan, has a requirement; to kill one’s best friend. Itachi saw Shisui as an older brother you can guess what happened to Shisui later on. Itachi had killed him in the river, but making it look like a suicide had taken place. After the Konoha Military Police Force investigated this murder, it had looked like a suicide. This later brought three clan members of Uchiha to investigate this. This is the incident that had made the interest of Fugaku in Itachi.

He works as the superior officer of the Konoha Military Police Force and is the Husband of Mikoto Uchiha and father of Itachi and Sasuke Uchiha. The Deal with him: Top member of secret society Akatsuki, who even Orochimaru admits is stronger than himself, Itachi is shrouded with mystery. He killed his whole family with the reason that it was to measure his strength. He left his little brother alive after screwing up his mind. Although it seemed that Itachi spared his brother so he could become stronger and thus a worthy opponent someday, we believe that somewhere deep in his very disturbed heart, he loves Sasuke in his own very weird fashion.
From someone who killed his whole family, Itachi is surprisingly unconfrontational and unbloodthirsty unlike how one would expect him to be. There were many incidents when he could have easily killed an adversary but instead left them heavily wounded and avoided as many fights as he could. Itachi has issues and it would be delightful when we finally find out why.

The Deal with him: Sasuke was a regular adorable ninja student with big dreams of being an excellent ninja like his elder brother. But after Itachi killed their family and screwed up his mind to "live in an unsightly way", Sasuke became cool, and calls himself an 'avenger', whose purpose in life was to kill his brother. For some obscure reason, that made all the girls at the academy fall in love with him.
Sasuke first started to use his Sharingan when he fought against Haku with Naruto at Wave Country. His pretty eyes and body attracted the liking of Orochimaru, who wishes to take over his body after he became truly strong. To show his admiration, Orochimaru left a cursed seal after delightfully sinking his fangs into Sasuke's neck, which Kakashi sealed, but threatens to unleash everytime Sasuke gets excited in a fight.
After engaging in a precarious fight with Naruto, Sasuke felt inferior as he seemed not to be improving as much as Naruto. Orochimaru took the chance to send the Sound 4 ninjas to convince Sasuke to leave the Leaf village to seek more power from Orochimaru. Thus, Sasuke abandoned Konoha (Sakura's endless whining might have helped him decide to leave in a hurry) and is on his way to the Sound village.

Obito is one of the late Uchiha ninjas who was on the same team as Kakashi. Obito shares very similar qualities with Naruto and is in a way Naruto to Obito as Sasuke is as to Kakashi.
Obito is a strong hearted ninja of Konoha and has always dreamed of being a great ninja like the rest of his Uchiha clan. Except that he lacks in many skills of a ninja and is looked down upon and made fun of by his team member Kakashi.
Obito shares many similar techniques custom to the Uchiha clan such as Katon and others, he though does have some type of eye problems and is always late to his missions and constantly makes up excuses that are very similar to Kakashis.
Obito is also a ninja who has great heart for his team mates and will die for them and do what ever it takes to help them, to him a team mate who doesn't care about his friends is even worse then trash. A line used frequently also by Kakashi.
Obito sadly meets his end by trying to help his friends and his body is crushed by a earth cave in technique. While he is near death his newly acquired sharingan is given to Kakashi as a gift for being promoted to Jounin level . After this we see nothing more of Obito but Obito PLAYS A VERY vital role in the life of Kakashi and helps him open his eyes and is the one who forged the Kakashi we know today.
